Robo Transact Installation

STEP 1 - Pre requisites

Download and install Microsoft VSTO runtime
If this is the first time you install RoboTransact, you must install the Microsoft VSTO Runtime first.

STEP 2 - Latest versions

Download and install for 64 bit Excel
This is most likely the version you need

Download and install for 32 bit Excel
This is the version you need if you run an older Excel version

STEP 3 - Register license key

1. Open Excel
2. Got to menu Robo --> Settings --> License Details
3. Enter your full name, e-mail and license key
4. If you get question about SAP user name and language enter these and you are finished


5. If you did not get the user name question, you will have to setup your SAP connections as well. See description in section below.

Setup SAP connections

If you got a question about your SAP user name and logon language during the registration of your license, your connections should already be configured. You dont need to perform this step.

If you did not get the question, have given incorrect information or have a need to connect to other SAP servers than your company has set up as defaut for RoboTransact, you can watch the video below to learn how to configure the setup manually.
